Remedial Bowen Therapy helps to restore your bodies posture which in turn helps relieve most aches, pains and disorders the body has. These can include; headaches, migraines, back pain, neck tension, shoulder/elbow/wrist issues, pelvic/hip/knee/ankle problems and let’s not forget the jaw or the coccyx.

If you have IBS, anxiety, mild depression, cramping or scoliosis, Bowen Therapy can help to relieve some or even most of the symptoms. Babies with colic or any discomfort can be relieved with a few gentle moves. These are just a few examples. I could go on; sciatic, pinched nerve, wry neck........

Other modalities available include Scar Tissue Release; Myofascial Cupping; Baby Massage and Yoga training for the carers of babies.

All private rebates apply for Helen Brighenti. Upon receiving your receipt you can claim your rebate on-line, within your health providers app or by going into the health providers office.

Card facilities are available. Your card will need to have either a chip or the payWave ability. Cash is also welcome.

Baby Massage and Yoga Training
